Nope! Not with My Anime Box. You can simply buy a box and never come back (but we hope you don’t do that). Another option is the annual offer, which ensures you get four boxes (a year’s worth). But nothing is a subscription, so you aren’t locked into being billed again.

Yes! During checkout, select the shipping option that includes a tracking number. If you don’t select a shipping option offering tracking, you won’t get a tracking number.

We want to make sure you love what you are getting. During our hunting process, if we find figures or items that we know you'll love, we will contact you directly to get your feedback. If we can't find anything that fits your preferences, we will offer you a refund on that box OR ship it later once we have discussed it with you. At My Anime Box, we pride ourselves on getting you the things you love! The Concierge Service is only included in the Collector Plan.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we plan to expand to international shipping soon. Sign up for our newsletter, and we will keep you informed!

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and based on shipping company rates. We use UPS, USPS and DHL to ensure the best possible value for our customers!

Boxes usually arrive within 5 to 7 days after shipping. We only ship four times a year and your box will ship within 30 days of you being billed. If you have a tracking number, you can easily track your box through the link sent to your email.

We ship boxes four times a year, which gives us time to hunt down and source your favorite characters! Boxes are shipped in:

Once you’ve completed the checkout, your billing information will be stored. We bill the 5th of the month before your box ships. See the table below for the billing dates. Since this isn’t a subscription, you don’t have to worry about tracking any other charges in the future unless you've used Affirm with the Collector Plan.
