I love figure collecting, but over the years, I haven’t had time to search through all the different sites and subscriptions for the right figures. I started to feel like I wasn’t a real collector anymore!
In desperation, I tried some fandom loot boxes and was so disappointed with all the useless stuff I got. The last straw was when I got scammed buying from someone online! I decided there had to be a better way, and that’s why I created My Anime Box.

My Anime Box is a fantastic way to increase your figure collection without the stress of managing a subscription. Get your box today and start collecting!
Nope! You can simply buy a box and come back later, but I prefer you don’t do that. Another option is purchasing six boxes so that you get a full year’s worth. But nothing is a subscription, so you aren’t locked into being billed again. I personally can’t stand subscriptions and want to make getting your favorites collectibles as easy as possible. If you find that you would prefer a subscription plan, email me at info[@]myanimebox.com and I can see what I can do for you!
Yes! Once I’ve got your figures safely packed in your box and it has been dropped off, I’ll email you a tracking number. That way you can easily keep an eye on your box and you can start making room in your growing fandom collection.
I want to make sure you love what you are getting. During my hunting process, if I find figures or items that I know you’ll love, I will contact you directly to get your feedback. If I can’t find anything that fits your preferences, I will offer you a refund on that box OR ship it later once I have discussed it with you. At My Anime Box, my ultimate goal is getting you the things you love! Concierge Service is only included in the Collector Plan, while the one-time box gets partial concierge.
Partial concierge means I’ll do my best to find your favorites but I cannot 100% guarantee that you’ll get only figures based on your preferences.
Currently, I only ship within the United States. However, I plan to expand to international shipping soon. Sign up for my newsletter, and I’ll keep you informed!
The shipping cost for a one-time box is $5.99 while the annual option has free shipping.
Boxes usually arrive within 5 to 7 days after shipping. Boxes are shipped out in the middle of January, March, May, July, September and November. If you have a tracking number, you can easily track your box through the link sent to your email.
Please wait up to 10 days after shipping, as sometimes boxes get delayed. If you still have not received your box, please contact me with your order number through info[@]myanimebox.com
I ship boxes six times a year, which gives me time to hunt down and source your favorite characters! Boxes are shipped usually the third week in the month. See the schedule below for estimated shipping dates:

You are billed at checkout unless you’ve signed up for the pre-order. Since this isn’t a subscription, you don’t have to worry about tracking any other charges in the future unless you’ve used a payment installment plan.
